يشهد السودان اليوم مرحلة فارقة ومفصلية في تاريخه، حيث لا تقتصر المعركة على خطوط النار الأمامية فحسب، بل تمتد جذورها تنهش في جسد الدولة من الداخل. الرسالة الواردة بوضوح تضع اليد على الجرح الغائر: وجود “عدد مقدر” من المتعاطفين والداعمين للمتمردين (الجنجويد) متغلغلين داخل المؤسسات المدنية والعسكرية للدولة. هذه الملحوظة ليست مجرد تهمة عابرة، بل هي قراءة واقعية لخطر استراتيجي يهدد الأمن القومي من عمقه.
إن هذا التغلغل الداخلي ليس فقط “سببًا أساسيًا لجر التمرد إلى الأجزاء الآمنة من الدولة”، بل هو بمثابة “العيون والآذان” التي تمد العدو بالمعلومات الحيوية عن كل صغيرة وكبيرة داخل دواليب الدولة. كيف يمكن لقوات نظامية أن تحقق حسمًا عسكريًا وهي تعمل في بيئة مليئة بـ “الألغام البشرية” التي تعطل العمل وتكشف الخطط؟ إن هذا الواقع يؤكد أن معركة الحسم تبدأ أولاً من داخل الغرف المغلقة، بتطهير مؤسسات الدولة.
الخطر الأكبر يكمن في إهدار الوقت والمجاملات؛ فـ “زمن المجاملات انتهى”. يجب أن يبدأ تطهير الصف الداخلي بجدية وحزم، وبلا هوادة، بدءًا من أعلى المستويات، وصولًا إلى البعثات الدبلوماسية التي قد تكون ثغرة أخرى لتسريب المعلومات وتشويه المواقف الوطنية.
بالتوازي مع ضرورة الحسم الداخلي، تأتي الرسالة الأخرى لتضع المشهد الدولي في سياقه الحقيقي والمخيب للآمال. فـ “من يقرأ بيانات مجلس الأمن يدرك أن العالم لا يغير أدواته، بل يكررها بصياغات مختلفة”. إن قرارات الإدانة والشجب والدعوات إلى التهدئة، رغم أهميتها الشكلية، تظل دائمًا “تتوقف عند حدود النص، لا عند دماء الضحايا”. هذا التعبير يختصر عقودًا من التجارب المريرة مع المنظومة الدولية التي غالبًا ما تتلكأ في اتخاذ قرارات حقيقية تلزم الأطراف بوقف النزيف.
إن الاعتماد على البيانات الخارجية كـ “حماية” أو كـ “مفتاح للحسم” هو رهان خاسر. “الحقيقة أن الحسم في حرب السودان لن يُصنع بقرار أممي”. لقد أثبتت التجارب التاريخية، محليًا ودوليًا، أن القوة الوحيدة القادرة على إنهاء الصراع هي “الإرادة الداخلية الموحدة”. هذه الإرادة يجب أن تكون قادرة على صيانة سيادة الدولة ورفض أي تدخل أو إملاءات تهدف إلى تفكيك القرار الوطني، وفرض كلمة الدولة على الجميع بالتأكيد على سلطة القانون والنظام في كل شبر من الأراضي السودانية، إن العالم لن يحمي من لم يملك زمام قراره ويسيطر على أرضه. “فمن لم يملك قراره في الداخل، لن تحميه بيانات الخارج”.
إن الأزمة السودانية الراهنة هي دعوة مزدوجة للحسم: حسم داخلي وحسم ميداني. لا يمكن فصل أحدهما عن الآخر، فمن ناحية تطهير الجسد، على القيادة الوطنية أن تتخذ قرارات صعبة وشجاعة لإجراء غربلة جذرية للمؤسسات. فبدون اقتلاع جذور الخيانة والتغلغل، ستبقى كل خطوة عسكرية أو مدنية مكشوفة ومحكوم عليها بالفشل، بجانب الاعتماد على الذات، ويجب توجيه الطاقات الوطنية نحو توحيد الصفوف وبناء جبهة داخلية صلبة وواعية، تدرك أن مصير البلاد يقرره أبناؤها على الأرض، وليس خلف الموائد المستديرة في العواصم البعيدة.
إن الطريق إلى استعادة الاستقرار والسيادة يبدأ بالاعتراف بأن العدو قد يكون في أي مكان، حتى في الصفوف الأمامية للدفاع عن الوطن. الحسم الحقيقي هو فرض الإرادة الوطنية، بدءًا من تطهير الصف الداخلي، وانتهاءً بفرض السيطرة الكاملة على كل تراب السودان.

“Internal Treason and Sovereign Decisiveness: Sudan’s Crossroads”
Sudan is witnessing a pivotal and momentous stage in its history today, where the battle is not confined solely to the front lines but has roots that are gnawing at the very core of the state from within. The message clearly received pinpoints the deep wound: the existence of a “considerable number” of sympathizers and supporters of the rebels (the Janjaweed) who are deeply entrenched within the state’s civil and military institutions. This observation is not merely a passing accusation; it is a realistic reading of a strategic danger that threatens the national security from its depths.
This internal infiltration is not only “a primary reason for dragging the rebellion into the safe parts of the state,” but it also serves as the “eyes and ears” that provide the enemy with vital information about every small and large matter within the state’s apparatus. How can regular forces achieve military decisiveness when operating in an environment filled with “human landmines” that obstruct operations and expose plans? This reality confirms that the battle for decisiveness begins first within closed rooms, by purifying the state institutions.
The greatest danger lies in wasting time and engaging in pleasantries; for “the time for pleasantries is over.” The purification of the internal ranks must begin with seriousness, firmness, and without leniency, starting from the highest levels, down to diplomatic missions, which may constitute another loophole for leaking information and distorting national stances.
In parallel with the necessity of internal decisiveness, the other message places the international scene in its true and disappointing context. “Anyone who reads the Security Council statements realizes that the world does not change its tools; rather, it repeats them with different formulations.” Resolutions of condemnation, denunciation, and calls for de-escalation, despite their formal importance, always “stop at the boundaries of the text, not at the blood of the victims.” This expression summarizes decades of bitter experiences with the international system, which often hesitates to take genuine decisions that compel the parties to stop the bleeding.
Reliance on external statements as a “protection” or as a “key to decisive action” is a losing bet. “The truth is that decisiveness in the Sudan war will not be manufactured by a UN resolution.” Historical experiences, both locally and internationally, have proven that the only force capable of ending the conflict is “unified internal will.” This will must be capable of safeguarding the state’s sovereignty and rejecting any intervention or dictation aimed at dismantling the national decision, and asserting the state’s authority over everyone by emphasizing the rule of law and order in every inch of Sudanese territory. The world will not protect those who do not hold the reins of their own decision and control their land. “He who does not own his decision internally will not be protected by external statements.”
The current Sudanese crisis is a dual call for decisiveness: internal and on the ground. Neither can be separated from the other. On the one hand, to purify the body, the national leadership must make difficult and courageous decisions to conduct a radical screening of institutions. Without uprooting the sources of treason and infiltration, every military or civil step will remain exposed and doomed to failure. Alongside self-reliance, national energies must be directed toward unifying ranks and building a solid, conscious internal front that understands that the country’s destiny is determined by its sons on the ground, and not behind round tables in distant capitals.
The path to restoring stability and sovereignty begins with the recognition that the enemy might be anywhere, even in the front ranks defending the homeland. True decisiveness is the imposition of the national will, starting with the purification of the internal ranks and ending with the full imposition of control over every bit of Sudan’s soil.
